Active4D yields to the process scheduler after executing every line of code. In 
addition, if your code uses the database engine, that will also yield to the 
process scheduler. I have never had a complaint that Active4D is hogging 
resources.

As for disk usage, that is up to you. Active4D by itself uses no disk except 
for uploads. As for network usage, the network layer is outside of Active4D, 
it's up to you to control it through 4D's web server or NTK.
