> What exactly did you change? Let's see if I can remember them all (at least the ones I think worked): 1) Made the following changes in Active4D.ini: root = <default>/web lib dirs = <default>/conf 2) Put the conf, lib, web, and web_static folders all in the Active4D folder at the path Macintosh HD:Library:Application support:4D:com.aparajita: 3) The lib folder is an alias of the conf folder; all .ini and .a4l files reside together in the conf folder (same as on my development computer) 4) Made an alias of the com.aparajita folder from #2 above, and put it in the User Library path (same as above, but the other Library folder specific to the computer user) I think that's all of it; there was a lot of experimenting around while things didn't work, and as it was a little rushed and pressured (client on other end of phone tied up during all these operations), it's possible I may have missed something. Also, I created a "log_level" file and put it in the Active4D log directory, but I didn't see any change to the logging. Still, I think I got enough out of the basic logging info that I was able to see what was going on. > It shouldn't happen. How many of those errors did you see? In the log, looks like about 7 or 9 of them all in a row on several start/stops of the web server, all with the same error, just the time stamp different. I'm guessing it may correspond to each time a page request came in, since I think that's about how many times I was submitting pages while testing. One thing that was mentioned in the previous discussion on this error was that aliases were being used; I may try eliminating the "com.aparajita" alias in the User Library folder path and just use the one in the Main Library path (which are real files) and see if this clears it up. However, if the web server stops working with this change, obviously I'm going to keep the previous setup, since they do need this up and running. (Hopefully this error isn't causing memory corruption or a leak or anything...) Does that help any? I'm sure you'd probably like to be able to reproduce it (so you can fix it or let us know what we shouldn't be doing), so hopefully I've given you enough info. Again, many thanks for your help!!! Much appreciated. Cheers!
