I'm not sold on a special device yet. But the Pidion HM50 runs either on
Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 or Android, which may be fine. The older
BIP-5000 runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 or Windows Mobile 5.0 though, which
might not be appropriate.

As you didn't say anything about an example project, I assume there isn't
one ready yet, in which case I'd go the plain web forms/pages route anyways.
