Are you using virtual hosts? Do you have debug logging on for Active4D? If not, 
turn debug logging on and look closely at the log, paying attention to when 
it’s reading in Active4D.ini and VirtualHosts.ini. That should tell you what’s 
going wrong. And remove the ‘safe script dirs’ entry.
