The patch adds directories kde-workspace/data/{active,desktop}, the cmake
variable KWIN_PLASMA_ACTIVE selects which directory will be used when compiling
kwin. The directory desktop contains what used to be in kde-workspace/data. The
directory active contains the new kconf_update binary to change tabbox
LayoutName from "thumbnails" to "window_strip" in ~/.kde/share/config (it works
here).

As soon as this change is in the Trunk repository (or whatever "plasma-stable"
in the PA2 image points to), please notify me and I will test the upgrade.
