I've tried out to run kwrite with root-permissions. In the Konsole i've typed:
kdesu kwrite /etc/fstab. The KWrite comes up, i can access the fstab, but no
keyboard is visible.
Reproducible: Always

1. kdesu kwrite anything

Actual Results:
No virtual keyboard
Expected Results:
virtual keyboard
Balsam Professional 12.1 and used the standard repo, and our devel repo is
added too.
