On the Internet you can find people who successfully installed Plasma
Active on their smartphones. The biggest problem is that the telelphony part
does not work because we do not have access to the drivers, so phone calls are
not possible.
We use Calligra office in Plasma Active instead of
openoffice/libreoffice. Besides I think there is no Arm version for
openoffice/libreoffice.

Totally opensource smartphone is no possible yet because of the
telephony part, that is why we are focusing in tablets in Plasma Active for
now.
