This is a UX suggestion: The dropdown of Global Keyboard Shortcuts should have
an option "all components" so that we don't have to repeat the search in all
components until we find the desired action that we need to change the shortcut
of...
In general I don't think the dropdown is necessary. All shortcuts should be
listed and we should just be able to find the one we need with the search -
exactly as the krunner works.

1.Go to Global Keyboard Shortcuts
2.Try to find something you don't know which component it belongs to.
