sorry for taking so long to write the meeting minutes, but I've finally put them
in the wiki (transforming a chatlog into a structured, coherent text is more
work than I expected):

Feel free to correct errors directly on the wiki or reply here if you think
something is discussion-worthy.
Once it is finalized, I'd like to pu some content from it into the appropriate
wiki pages, since most of them are really outdated by now.
