qt-debuginfo not in repositories

Hi,
since Plasma Workspace currently crashes on startup on the Devel image, I 
wanted to be able to provide a useful backtrace. However when I tried to 
automatically install missing debug packages, "qt-debuginfo" was not found in 
the repos. How do I get it and shouldn't we provide it for everyone so that 
we'll get useful backtraces?
