I can cofnirm this behavaior, see also my bug report at
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310816 (and I'd suggest working
directly
with the bug report, so that we have everything in one place).
I don't know what's causing it, though, only that removing ~/.kde did
not help.
