A person who has downloaded an asset should be able to rate it.
Ratings will be made in pre-defined categories such as "User interface",
"Functionality" and "Performance". Each category will have a set of pre-defined
options that map to numeric values (0-5 as per usual) that the rater may choose
from. Example: for "User interface" the available options may be "Very
unsatisfying to use", "Easy to use, but not very pretty", "Easy to use and very
pretty", "A masterpiece"
The rating sets available should per-mimetype (e.g. books should have a
different rating set than apps)
