[ActiveDir] migrating accounts

I recently upgrade our nt 4 servers to nt 5. Our primary logon however was performed by 2 novell servers. I want to know if any one has ever  migrated accounts from Novell to the AD or knw of anscripts readily available that will do this and reset the password to something common to each user so after their first signon they can change it.??
