I do not know of any way to make those folders invisible to some people
and visible to some people and I do not think it is possible, I guess
what is possible is restricting access to a group of people which you
have already done, I think that should be enough or is there a special
reason why you want to hide the folders

Subject: [ActiveDir] Visible Folders
I think I am beating my head against a wall here. Maybe someone can
tell me
yes or no.
I am setting up an new Corporate 2000 Server. I want to put a group of
applications in an APP Folder -- each under their own Subfolder
(Accounting,
ACT, Payroll) I want to map all the groups computers identically with
two
Maps 1 to their user directory, and the other to this APP folder. I am
trying to set sharing and security such that if the user explores the
APP
Folder he sees only the folders (applications) for which he has
permissions.
I can find no way to not have the folders visible. -- True they are not
accessible, but potentially there would be a large number of folders --
most
of which the given user could not access. Is it Possible??
