Dear List,
I have been reading some confusing information about processor support in
Windows 2000 Server but the articles have no dates, so I cannot see which
information is the most recent.
My concern is that I have read Windows 2000 will only support 4 processors
when upgrading from an NT 4.0 installation and only 2 processors for a new
2000 Server installation. For Windows 2000 Advanced server the story is 8
processor support when upgrading and 4-way SMP for a new install. Is this
information out-of-date ?
