What am I doing wrong:

We have a main dial-in RAS Server and I am wanting to restrict users dial in times due to limited lines. I have created two groups RAS_Level1 and RAS_Level2. On the RAS Server I have created a couple of policies but they however do not seem to be working. I have left the default policy there i.e. Allow access if dial in permission is enabled. Under that I have another six policies, three applying to each of the two created groups. The policies are such (also in the following order):

RAS_Level1-Conditions: Permitted to dial up between 6am-6pm, RAS_Level 1 group, under Edit Profile I have stipulated restrict maximun session to 60 minutes
RAS_Level2-Conditions: Permitted to dial up between 6am-6pm, RAS_Level 2 group, under Edit Profile I have stipulated restrict maximun session to 120 minutes
RAS_Level1-Conditions: Permitted to dial up dial up between 6pm-6am, RAS_Level 1 group, under Edit Profile I have stipulated restrict maximun session to 120 minutes
RAS_Level2-Conditions: Permitted to dial up dial up between 6am-6pm, RAS_Level 2 group, under Edit Profile I have stipulated restrict maximun session to 240 minutes
RAS_Level1-Conditions: Permitted to dial up dial up all day w/ends, RAS_Level 1 group, under Edit Profile I have stipulated restrict maximun session to 120 minutes
RAS_Level1-Conditions: Permitted to dial up up between w/ends, RAS_Level 1 group, under Edit Profile I have stipulated restrict maximun session to 60 minutes

Under the properties Grant Remote access permission is "marked" in If a user matches the conditions.

Please help we seem to be turning into an ISP.
