You will have to wait for MS .NET server (Q2 2002). In this version the initial load from another medium is supported.
It's not possible using Windows 2000 server. However, if someone finds a method that works I would be pleased to hear fromt this. Grtz, John Reijnders -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: No Idea [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Verzonden: dinsdag 16 oktober 2001 4:34 Aan: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Onderwerp: [ActiveDir] AD Setup I need to build 50 identical AD enabled Advanced Servers, each of which is a domain controller that is part of one single domain. The only difference (on the surface) is the hostname of the server. Obviuosly when running dcpromo there is much work performed on the master as well as these servers, however it will be quite time consuming to run dcpromo on each one. Is there a strategy I can use where I can still use disk duplication to create a base server and then somehow make changes via a script to make the AD changes on the master and these servers ?
