[ActiveDir] Blocking particular internet addresses

Hi gurus,

Sorry this might be a little off point, but I need help on this topic

I want to block my exchange 2000 server from receiving mails from some particular 
Internet addresses. How can I go about effecting this from exchange 2000 server
