Thanks for tossing this out there.  Yes, there are some great features to this, and it puts a GREAT face on HFNetchk.  There are a few folks that have complained of inconsistent results, but I haven't experienced it yet.

 

Overall, great tool.

Quick Summary from Microsoft:

"the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA or Mbsa.exe), a tool that centrally scans Windows-based computers for common security misconfigurations. MBSA runs on Windows 2000-based and Windows XP-based computers, and can scan for missing hotfixes and security vulnerabilities on Windows NT 4.0-based, Windows 2000-based, and Windows XP-based computers.
