In areas where there is not heavy server utilization, I have all three on the same box.  There is one area where the server utilization is very heavy, I have DHCP on one box and DNS and WINS on another box. It works fine this way.

DHCP and DNS should not be on the same box if you are going to use DHCP to securely update your DDNS.  There are q articles about this.  It is all about whom owns the DNS records.  Happy hunting..........It is not a performance or compatibility issue of why you would not want them on the same box.  If you are not doing secure dynamic updates you should have no worries.

I seem to remember a Q article stating that there is an issue running DNS, WINS, and DHCP on the same server.  Does anyone else recall this or have any information on this topic?
