That's right (well : what I was advocating as an option, anyhow).

The advantage is that you'd be able to have a 2 DC/GC environment using the
2 nice servers you have approval for, and not have to do anything when/if
the company changes name.

You'd also only have one domain to back up, and fewer potential points of
failure.

I don't know if you're putting planning on putting Exhange in the domain now
or in the future.  If you are then a name change/migration becomes a bit
more of a hassle and increases the incentive to not have to change it.
