You can either remove them NTDSutil of ADSIEDIT heck you could even run
an LDAP script and remove them.

I have noticed that there are 5 GUID's being reported in REPMON that are
unrecoverable.  How would I remove them from all the DC's?  ADSI Edit or
NTDSUTIL with a metadata clean-up?

I think they represent old BDC's That were never DCPROMOED but just
removed.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Also just picked up Netpro's Directory Troubleshooter.  Pretty good
utility.
