Also, seeing as we've had this problem again this morning with one single
user, something else to try as a temporary (hopefully permanent ?!?) fix;

Get the user to disconnect from the printer.
Change the driver on the server to PCL6.
Reconnect the user to the "new" printer
Change the driver back to PCL5e.

No guarantees, but it works here. problem is if they change printers - ie
for laptop users, then the problem may come back.

If anyone has a permanent fix for this, I'm sure we'd appreciate it. As you
can tell I'm no printing expert.
