I don't think there is a group policy for that.
I did find this though under the key "User Configuration\Administrative
Templates\System\Logon/Logoff" there is a policy called "Connect home
directory to root of the share"

Heres a link that explains what it does.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/gp/homedire
x.asp

I suspect thats not what your looking for though.

The easist way I can think of to dole out a massive change to everyones home
drive to a specific unc like \\homeserver\%username% (assuming your home
drive shares are named for the NT/2000 account) is to get the NT4 version of
"User manager for domains" and run it. You can select all the users you want
in the list then click on Users -> Properties -> Profile button and type in
your unc. It will propagate that exact information to all the chosen
accounts, only using the users NT id instead of the variable name.

Or break out the scripting tools.

Where do you find the setting in a GPO to set the home page for all users
that the GPO effects? I have been looking through the GPO's trying to
locate the setting and can't find it.
