Just a quick one we had a similar problem in our environment but with .NET RC1 as a DC and the users were complaining. I suggest you try the following settings on the Default Domain Policy, Security Options. On the Default Domain Controllers Policy : Domain Member : Digitally encrypt or sign secure channel (Always) - DISABLE Microsoft Network Server : Digitally sign communications (Always) - DISABLE Also you will notice that this problem is experienced with machines that require "NETBUEUI" Since Netbueui is not supported on .NET by default you have to install from the CD.
