The Everyone group does NOT mean all domain users. Two entirely different
groups.

Everyone refers to absolutely every account, anywhere, whether or not you
can authenticate them. In other words, people don't need a valid account to
connect to the machine.

I believe you want to use the Domain Users group, not everyone.
