AD replication and NTFRS replication are seperate entities. AD replication
could be working and NTFRS replication could be failing.   If AD replication
is failing ntfrs replication will probably fail because it depends on
objects in AD. To troubleshoot the problem you should start by examining the
ntfrs event log for errors.  Report any errors in your reply to this list.
You should also check the ntfrs_0000x.log in winnt\debug. Report those
errors as well.
