Do anyone of you have experiences with 3rd party tools that claim to be
able to successfully demote NT 4.0 Domain Controllers to a standalone

The migration I'm working on has a large number of NT 4.0 domains (150+)
and the NT 4.0 DCs are typically not dedicated - lots of File and Print,
SQL, etc.

I'm thinking there must be a gotcha with such tools - it just sounds too
easy.
