Roger,

You're exactly right - they do.  We are in the implementation phases as
we speak - it's not exactly pretty, but that could be due to the skull
density of the PS Consultants on site as well.

Cooperation doesn't seem to be their long suit - but I hold the final
cards.  I have the Ent. Admin password. :)
