Hmmmm.  Never noticed the beta in the help files - but then, I never looked at the help files.  ;)

We are currently using these WMI providers for basic functions around the 4 scripts that are provided with it.  IOW, we use it to export our DNS to a documenation format, etc.

Handy, but I've not had the time to build upon them.  If the question is are they causing any problems in production - No.

Subject: [ActiveDir] Microsoft DNS WMI Provider

All:

We are currently looking at the DNS WMI Provider that Microsoft has available.  Unfortunately, all of the help files are still referencing this as a Beta product, which makes me leery of installing it on our production DNS servers.  I have run it on a few dead-net servers, with no problems at all.  My question is, has anyone used this product in an enterprise system, and if so...have you had any problems with it?
