I have seen a few problems where DNS is not cleaned up after specific AD
functions. If you are sure that the entries should not be there then there
should be no problem with deleting them out of you DNS zone.

If your servers no longer have any zones, and you are not using them as
caching server then you may as well remove DNS from them.

I would recommend just taking note of the entries before deletions.
