I am getting users that are created via the ADC from the Exchange 2000 SP3 CD with the Mailbox Owner rights missing on their exchange 5.5 mailbox. I had this problem before, and was told by MS PSS to upgrade the ADC from the original to the one on the Exchange 2000 SP3 CD. I did that and now all users created prior to that are fine and those created after that either are created with out or eventually lose the mailbox owner right. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
