I know this might be a little off the topic but I cant find any answers anywhere. I have a W2k machine SP3 with RRAS installed with all the hotfixes. This machine is in a Windows NT4 domain and the WINS and DHCP servers are setup and working and specified in the RRAS settings. But now and again when the users dials in the can authenticate and log in and connect but can not communicate with any machines on the network. If you ping an machine on that domain request time out if you ping by name same thing. Some times one can ping by IP addy but you have intermittent replies i.e. request time out then reply with 996ms. They all connect at 40kbps. There are 15 different modems and it happens on all modems and with different users.
