We use Sawmill (http://www.sawmill.net/)  It is not very expensive and provides a great deal of analysis with little investment in time for setup.

is there a utility out there to help you parse thru and read your IIS logs easier?

the text logs show so much data.. it would be nice to have a product that would import the logs and make it look nicer.. and easier to read.
