My apologies again, my mail system does not allow me to turn off return receipts and many of the users on the list are sending out messages with return receipts required.  Another fault of my mail system is that it is sending the RR to the replyto address instead of the "return receipt to" address.  I just made an agent to turn off all return receipt for my mail, so you shouldn't be bothered going forward.
