The $repl share doesnt exist anymore. The scripts are stored in the netlogon share which maps to C:\WINNT\SYSVOL\sysvol\nupe9.com\SCRIPTS. LMrepl was replaced by a new file replication system. Windows 2000 uses the NTFRS (NT File Replication System) to replicate the sysvol share to each DC.
