What type of workstations are connected?  If it is NT 4.0 or Windows98,
perhaps shutting off browsing services on all servers...?

I suppose you could permission it such that they can't see it. There are
probably downsides to doing that, however, that make it unwise.

Maybe teach them to ignore it?
