[ActiveDir] Global Catalog

Hi ,
We are getting an error on one of the domain controllers in the child domain.
'Unable to establish connection with global catalog. '
Event ID 1126.
We checked the connection with the GC ( parent domain) and it looked fine.
Any idea what is wrong?
