I have done it for when I need to have something run that requires user
intervention (like a log debugging tool). I used TightVNC (tightvnc.org)
and I had no issues really. But I only had it on for that two day period
when I needed it.

Has anyone come across a problem with running VNC Server and Terminal
Server on the same box at the same time?
