Jim, Windows NT System Policies are not going to work for Windows 2000 clients. Not designed to work with Win2k at all. Group Policy is the direction that is available in Windows 2000.
You should be able to transfer the settings (albeit manually) to GPO. If you remember, there was a spreadsheet that went around a week or two ago that should help you get the GP going.
