Blue ! is out of addresss

Yellow yield sign with ! is low.

Circle with red arrow pointing down is inactive scope.

Actually it means that the scope is getting low on addresses.  It has a different symbol (I think it's red colored) if you run out of addresses.  We have this problem periodically.

I believe that it means that you have filled the scope and there are not any other addresses to give.
