You may also want to try repadmin /showreps.  If replication is not working
it will tell you the number of times it has failed and when the last success
was.  If replication is working then it wont do you any good.  An example of
the output of broken replication is below

   * Replications Check
         [Replications Check,SERVERA] A recent replication attempt failed:
            From SERVERA to SERVERB
            Naming Context: CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=domain1,DC=com
           The replication generated an error (1723):
            The RPC server is too busy to complete this operation.
            The failure occurred at 2003-01-30 15:51.28.
            The last success occurred at 2003-01-27 08:49.33.
            86 failures have occurred since the last success.
            Check load and resouce usage on SERVER1.

from/to particular DC?
Can I take that info out of directory?
