You need to add authenticated users and then you check the box next to the entry to allow print.

This is my first post here. I am having a printer problem. It seems that only users with Domain Admin rights can use our company's main printer. I have checked Group Policies, permissions, rights and am pulling my hair out over this. I am sharing my printer (an older Xerox that does not like to be networked). I would like to grant access to any authenticated Domain users that need to print. I see the permissions in the printer properties, but get an error from anyone other then a domain admin. I am fairly new to this and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, John from NYC List info : http://www.activedir.org/mail_list.htm List FAQ : http://www.activedir.org/list_faq.htm List archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/activedir%40mail.activedir.org/ List info : http://www.activedir.org/mail_list.htm List FAQ : http://www.activedir.org/list_faq.htm List archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/activedir%40mail.activedir.org/
