The best way to handle this is to put the remote locations in the same site
as the DC which you'd like to authenticate them.

For instance, I have 4 AD Sites defined, one for each location with a DC.
There are 4 smaller locations without DC's whose subnets have been added to
the site to which they are connected via the WAN. That way, they will
default to authenticating off the DCs at the desired DCs.
