Hmmm.. The share itself needs to have at least change permissions for all users (I'd probably give eitehr Authenticated Users or Domain Users the right, rather than the Everyone group), then restrict each user to their own folder via NTFS permissions.

Subject: [ActiveDir] Help needed

Hi, I ma new on this list.

Can any one help with permissions?
I am creating a share on a windows 200 server for all my users to archive all their email.

I have called the share users with users read permissions and domain admins full control.

Then,  inside this folder I want to create folders for every user.  I only want the user to have access to his own folder and no one else's.  So I set NTFS permissions to each individual folder as follows:  user change, domain admins full, remove everyone group.

My question to you is if this is the right way to do it or if any one has a better answer please let me know.
Thanks
Juan
