I believe you're correct. However, the minimum interval is 15 minutes.

Two possible solutions:
-Stop using integrated zones
-set all DNS servers to notify all other DNS servers (this is done on a
per-zone basis)

The second option might or might not work. Combining the two will work,
however you lose AD integrated zones.
