Assuming you no longer need the servers as domain controllers: The best thing to do make the final IT act at the site to demote the server (transfer all FSMO roles off first if you prefer, but demotion would do that automatically), then remove from the domain if appropriate, and delete the site from the directory with AD Sites and Services. If you are keeping the DC, change the site it belongs to with AD Sites and Services, then turn it off, ship it back to Camarillo, turn it on, change IP addressing, and pluf it in.
