IIRC
you still need a licensing server if you use Win2K Pro - it's a requirement
of Application mode.
It's a
small overhead on your server if you really have to have more than two admins -
but it does beg the question asked earlier - why would you want more than two
admins attached at once?
I'm
kinda struggling to see why you would want two people "messing" with your server
at the same time anyway - never mind 3 or more....
