My company purchased it about 6 months ago...  Like Roger said it
doesn't monitor services, but it had a ton of other features that more
than made up for that in our eyes.  My company uses static IP address
due to a limitation with one of our vendors so we make use of the IP
Address management suite built in as well.  I like it, but you should
eval it for 30-60 before you spend the money for it.
