Amit, We have talked about syncing from Oracle or Unix to AD with SimpleSync.  This has been expanded recently to provide full Provisioning of new AD accounts, and updating of pre-existing AD accounts from Oracle/PeopleSoft. In terms of AD to Oracle or Unix, you can use the AD to Oracle LDAP option, or output selective CSV data from AD.
